Remote help, with your permission

Support without an unnecessary site visit.

Local when you need hands-on help

On-site support by arrangement.

Clear answers. An agreed next step.

Understand the work before it starts.

Small IT problems. A very real interruption.

You don’t need to know the technical name. Start with what’s getting in the way of your work.

“Nobody can get into their email.”

Microsoft 365, mailboxes, sign-in problems and access to shared files.

“This keeps happening.”

Unreliable computers, printers, Wi-Fi and the recurring faults that slow work down.

“Our new starter arrives on Monday.”

Get devices and accounts ready. Handle access properly when someone leaves.

“Are our backups actually working?”

Review your backup arrangements, security basics and the next checks you need.

A fix for today. Support for what comes next.

Choose ongoing support, get help with a specific problem, or plan a change to your systems.

Your ongoing IT partner.

Give day-to-day IT a clear owner, with a managed support agreement built around your users and systems.

  • User, device and account support
  • Monitoring, patching and the agreed security baseline
  • Licence administration and backup monitoring
  • Clear scope, service hours and reporting
Talk about ongoing supportRoutine support is subject to the agreed service and fair use. Standard has a five-user billing minimum. Migrations, installations and other system changes are scoped separately.

A problem that needs sorting.

A specific fault, an account issue or a device that won’t cooperate. Ad-hoc support lets you get help without a managed agreement. Scope, availability and billing are explained before work starts.

A change you need to get right.

Moving to Microsoft 365, setting up an office or improving access and security? Plan it as a project with a clear scope, agreed cost and handover. You can engage Hostme for a project on its own.

Start with a conversation.

  1. Tell us what’s happening.

What’s affected, who needs help and whether it’s a new problem or a recurring one.

  2. Agree the work.

Understand the scope, cost and timing. If a paid assessment is needed, we’ll explain that first.

  3. Get practical support.

Remote help with your permission, or an arranged visit when the work needs it.

A few things you might be wondering.

Can you help without a monthly contract?

Yes. Ad-hoc support is available for specific problems, and projects can be agreed separately. A managed agreement suits businesses that need ongoing support and proactive maintenance.

Do you work with small teams?

Yes. Standard managed support has a five-user billing minimum. A smaller team can choose that commitment, or use ad-hoc support. We will explain what fits your users, devices and support needs before you decide.

Where do you provide on-site support?

On-site work is available by arrangement in Galway, Mayo, Clare and along the N6. Location, travel and availability are agreed before booking. Many issues can be handled remotely.

Is support available outside business hours?

Standard service hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, excluding Irish public holidays. There is no out-of-hours response commitment. Any work outside those hours requires prior arrangement and availability; response commitments depend on the agreed service.

Your business needs IT. It doesn’t need the headache.

Tell us what’s holding things up, or what you’d like to improve. We’ll work out the next step together.
