No. Setup or migration can be a standalone project, and a specific problem can use ad-hoc support. Ongoing account administration is available through an agreed service. Standard managed support has a five-user billing minimum.
No. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are part of a sound email configuration, but they do not guarantee inbox placement. We review the services that send for your domain and agree the records and checks needed for that setup.
