Put AI to work in your business
You may already have tried ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot and wondered what to do next. The useful starting point is the work in front of you: an email that takes too long to write, a document you need to understand, or a recurring office task that involves the same steps every week.
I help you choose suitable tools, get business accounts set up and build confidence using them. That can mean a focused training session, help introducing AI across a team, or a separately scoped automation project. We agree what you need before deciding what to build.
Setup and practical staff training
Training starts with examples your team recognises. We work through how to give useful instructions, provide the right context and check an answer before using it. Drafting a customer reply or summarising a document can be useful exercises; they are examples to explore, rather than promises that every task should be automated.
The setup also needs to fit your business. We discuss accounts, access, the information staff should use and who checks the output. Your team should leave with instructions they can return to when they are doing the work themselves.
Automation where it makes sense
Some tasks need more than a chat window. I can scope workflows and integrations where a repeated handover between tools is worth improving. We define the starting task, the expected result and the human checks, then compare the proposed workflow with the existing process, including correction time.
Start with one useful conversation
Tell me what your team does, which tools you already use and where the work gets stuck. Keep confidential documents out of the first enquiry. We can agree a suitable way to review examples afterwards. The scope, quote, tool costs and ongoing support are made clear before work starts.
