Will you move my existing website?
A move can be scoped after reviewing the platform, size, access and dependencies. The work, checks, cost and timing are agreed before it starts.
Does hosting include website changes?
Hosting, content changes, software maintenance and development are separate responsibilities. We agree what is included rather than assuming every website task is covered by a hosting plan.
Can I keep my domain or email with another provider?
Describe the current arrangement. A domain, hosting and email can be managed separately; we check the DNS records and dependencies before making a change.
