Troubleshooting & support
Let’s find the point
where it gets stuck.
Tell me what you expected to happen and what you see instead. We’ll establish what needs investigating and agree any access before work starts.
Which hub are you using? What task is affected? Is it happening to one person or the whole team?
Scope, cost and timing agreed before work starts.
Support with a person behind it
Explain it once.
Work through it together.
Talk directly to the person looking at your setup. We agree the problem or change, how we’ll check the result, and what your team needs to know afterwards.
Support and changes have different scopes. Changes to how the system works are agreed as a separate piece of work.
Konrad consistently provides excellent support to our Company resolving our technical issues quickly and efficiently. His patience and willingness to help is greatly appreciated. Angela
From first message to agreed work
A clear way to get started.
Bring the business problem.
We’ll work out the next step.
Show me where
you’re stuck.Name the hub and describe the task. Start without customer records, passwords or sensitive screenshots.
Agree the work
and access. We define the scope, cost, timing and permissions needed. Any paid investigation is explained first.
Check the result
with your team.Agree how we’ll check the outcome and what needs explaining or handing over afterwards.
Already working with another provider?
Say so in your first message. We can discuss who owns what, any dependencies and the access needed before agreeing work.
Before you get in touch
A few useful answers.
Something else on your mind?
Which Dynamics applications do you support?
Sales Hub and Customer Service Hub. Tell me which application and environment you use so we can check whether your request fits the service.
Can I ask about one problem or a single change?
Yes. Start with the specific problem or requirement. We’ll agree the investigation or project scope and quote before work begins, including any dependencies or tool costs.
What should I send in the first message?
The application name, the task, what you expected and what happens instead. Mention who is affected. Please leave out passwords, customer records and confidential screenshots; we can agree a suitable way to review those if needed.
Is this urgent or out-of-hours support?
Discuss urgency and required timing in your first message. Availability must be agreed; sending a message doesn’t confirm a response time or out-of-hours cover.
What would you like
Dynamics to do better?
Tell me what’s getting in the way.
You’ll speak to the person doing the work.
Or write it down
