IT for a small team.
Two ways to work with me, and I’ll tell you honestly which one you’re ready for. Most businesses under ten people are better off with the first.
Pay as you go
- No contract and nothing to cancel
- You message me, I bill the time it takes
- Every invoice itemised, so you can see where it went
- Hosting, email and backup still bought as products
Pay for the time you use
Remote or on site, within 40 km by road of Tuam. Minimum half an hour, then quarter hours. Nothing to sign and nothing to cancel.
Start hereA managed agreement
- Day-to-day support with no hour cap
- Monitoring, patching and licence admin, running quietly
- Response times you can hold me to — below
- Advanced adds direct access and a one-hour P1
A monthly figure, agreed up front
Priced per person, so it moves as you do. Twelve-month initial term, then 30 days’ notice. We agree the figure before anything is signed.
See if you’re readyUnder ten people? Then a managed agreement isn’t for you yet, and I’d rather say that here than in a meeting. Take door one. When you get to ten, the conversation is worth having — and I’ll be the one to raise it.
What I commit to, in writing.
These are commitments, not averages. They hold on the bad days, which is the only day a commitment matters.
| Priority | What it means | Standard | Advanced |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1 — Critical | Total loss of service. The business cannot operate. | 4 business hours | 1 business hour |
| P2 — High | A major function is degraded, with significant impact. | 8 business hours | 4 business hours |
| P3 — Medium | Partial degradation. There is a workaround. | Next business day | Next business day |
| P4 — Low | Minor, cosmetic, or a routine request. | 3 business days | Next business day |
Response means time to a first meaningful response, not a fix. All of it inside service hours — Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, excluding Irish public holidays.
Outside those hours I’ll often still pick up — but that’s goodwill, not a commitment, and it isn’t something to plan around.
Ask and you will get a straight figure for your own setup
