Remote support goes anywhere in Ireland. Most of what breaks is fixed without anyone travelling, usually the same day.
On site is €130 an hour within 40 km by road of Tuam, which is most of this list. Beyond that it is the same rate plus travel, agreed with you before I set off — never added to an invoice you have not seen coming. All ex VAT.
