Remote first
Most of what breaks is fixed without anybody travelling, and you can watch me do it.
On site when it needs it
Galway, Mayo, Clare and along the N6 — and further by arrangement.
One person, not a queue
You get me. No ticket reference, no first-line script, no hold music.
Most IT problems are small. The printer has stopped talking to the laptop, someone is locked out of their email, a file that was there on Friday is not there on Monday. What makes them expensive is rarely the fix. It is the hour spent hunting for somebody to do it, and the half day lost while you wait for them to call back.
How it actually works
So the arrangement here is deliberately blunt. You message me on WhatsApp and I sort it. Not a form. Not a portal you have to remember a password for. The same number you would use to text anybody else, and a reply from the person who is actually going to do the work.
Most of it gets fixed remotely. I connect to the machine with your say-so, you can watch exactly what I am doing, and in the ordinary run of things you are back working before you have finished explaining the problem to whoever is standing over your shoulder. When something genuinely needs hands on it — a dead switch, a machine that will not boot, a new office to fit out — I come out to you.
What I will not do
What I will not do is guess quietly. If a fix is going to take longer than it should, you hear that while it is happening, not afterwards on an invoice. If something keeps breaking because of a decision somebody made two years ago, I will tell you that too, along with what it would cost to stop it happening again. You are free to ignore me, and plenty do.
Which way suits you
The two ways to buy this suit genuinely different businesses. If it is just you, or there are a few of you and the technology mostly behaves, pay for the time you use — there is nothing to sign and nothing to cancel. Once a lost morning starts costing you real money in wages and missed work, a managed agreement stops being an expense and starts being cheaper than the mornings.
Pay as you go
- You message me, I bill the time it takes
- No contract and nothing to cancel
- Every invoice itemised, so you can see where it went
- Minimum half an hour, then quarter hours
A managed agreement
- Day-to-day support with no hour cap
- Monitoring, patching and licence administration
- Response times committed in writing
- Advanced adds direct access and a one-hour P1
From €85 / user / month
Minimum 10 users or €1,000 / month, whichever is greater. Advanced is €110 / user / month. Starts with a €400 assessment, credited in full against onboarding. Ex VAT.
