- In Outlook 2007, from the Tools menu, select Account Settings. \r\n
- On the E-mail tab, click New. \r\n
- Select Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP and click Next. \r\n
- Check Manually configure server settings or additional server types and click Next. \r\n
- Select Internet E-mail and click Next. \r\n
- Enter the requested information: \r\n

- Your Name: your name \r\n
- Email Address: the email address the messages will be sent from \r\n
- Account Type: POP3 \r\n
- Incoming Mail server: mail.domainname.xyz \r\n
- Outgoing Mail server: mail.domainname.xyz \r\n
- User Name: the full email address \r\n
- Password: the password for the email address \r\n

- Click More Settings. \r\n

- On the Outgoing Server tab, check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. \r\n
- Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server and click OK. \r\n
- Click Test Account Settings to verify everything is configured correctly. \r\n
- Click Next and then click Finish. \r\n
