In case that a Registrant is transferring a domain name in lock status from hostme.ie to another registrar and is unable to get the relevant hostme.ie member to help to unlock the domain name due to reasons other than not having paid the domain registration fee, the Registrant could then send an email to us at support@hostme.ie from the Registrant email address demanding us to unlock the domain name. We will process the unlock of the domain name with the help from the hostme.ie member upon receipt of such a request.
